This is card #02 from the 1998 Japanese Bandai Sealdass Fancy Graffiti series — the set's signature image, and the one collectors chase: Pikachu front and centre with all three Kanto starters behind him — Charmander, Bulbasaur and Squirtle. The reverse carries the Meowth “ニャースのニャンだこいつら？” feature panel, printed by Bandai in Japan in 1998.
